Shipping policy

As soon as I receive your order I will begin work on it in my studio. It should be shipped out within 3-5 business days and I will let you know if it is delayed in any way. We also offer FREE local pickup in Charlotte, NC Southpark Area.

Domestic shipments should arrive within 1 week of the shipping date; international orders should arrive within 3 weeks of the shipping date (depending on the customs process). I want to make sure your item is received in perfect condition and can be tracked, so I typically offer shipping within the US via USPS and international shipping via DHS or USPS.
